Executive Summary
Hardy House, Your Family Healthcare Provider, PLLC is a Family Practice clinic that provides valuable preventive healthcare to all families in the Shelby County area of Tennessee. We focus on providing care not only to the 59,000 residents of the Bartlett, TN area but also to the entire Memphis metropolitan area. We are a Veterans owned business that will work with governmental agencies on the county and state levels to address the long delays in healthcare services to alleviate the lack of access to providers in our communities. We provide services to clients of all ages with the aim of reducing morbidity and mortality caused by preventive illnesses through ensuring compliance with preventive and routine healthcare screenings. Hardy House serves patients on a scheduled and unscheduled basis to meet the needs of our clients. We pledge to continually create services to address the healthcare disparities that plague our communities.
Our Primary Healthcare clinic promotes a loving, caring, and wholesome clinical environment while having a sincere concern for our clients' well being on every level. FOUNDERS
Provider Dr. LaTonya S. Hardy, MSN, APN, DNP
Dr. Hardy is a veteran of the United States Navy and spent 6 years in the field of engineering. Dr. Hardy holds a degree of Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama, a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Memphis, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Memphis. She also holds a certification from the American Academy of Nursing Practice in Family Nursing Practice. Her nursing background includes work in the areas of emergency medicine, hospice, intensive care, and medical-surgical observation. As an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), she has worked for Whitehaven Pediatrics, Walgreens Take Care Clinic, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in the Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy Department. Her work at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital allowed her to gain expert skills and knowledge in performing specialty procedures that she was able to carry with her to the West Cancer Center. Dr. Hardy’s passion for providing quality care allowed her to lead a quality improvement research project to improve hematology and oncology care specifically in the chemotherapy infusion room.
Her community involvement at the West Cancer Center includes serving as the provider for the “Love Your Lungs” campaign. The “Love Your Lungs” campaign provides free lung screenings to residents in the Shelby County area with the aim to decrease the rate of mortality for lung cancer. She also participates in multiple health fairs to spread awareness of primary prevention and cancer screenings. Dr. Hardy is a member of the Tennessee Nursing Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. She serves on the Safety Committee at the West Cancer Center and on other leadership committees throughout the community. She has achieved multiple awards and accolades such as the University of Memphis “Black Scholars” award and she was a recipient of the “Robert Wood Johnson Scholarship” and “Chancellor Scholarship” while at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Her most recent accomplishments include induction into the 2019 International Nurses Association and Innovation in Practice Award for the University of Alabama for her research. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Stacy Hardy and their three children, Johnathan, Mariah, and Jasmine. She also enjoys cooking, volunteer activities at her church, and traveling. Currently she is the founder of “

Stacy Hardy
Stacy Hardy, is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Business Manager of “Hardy House, Your Family Healthcare Provider, PLLC”. He is a retired United States (U.S.) Navy veteran with over 22 years of experience in leadership. His background includes pioneering programs for the U.S. Navy that focused on team development, training, mentorships, and strategic planning. Stacy Hardy earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Strayer University. He is also certified as a Physical Education/Health and Wellness Teacher for the State of Tennessee. Since retiring from the U.S. Navy in 2012, he has held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner for Lowe’s Home Improvement and a Health Promotion Consultant for Amerigroup Healthcare Insurance. Hardy’s leadership and commitment to serving others continues post U.S. Navy retirement. He volunteers numerous hours with the youth in the City of Memphis and has raised thousands of dollars for the under-privileged youth to participate in sporting and mentoring activities. In his spare time he enjoys sports, traveling, mentoring, and spending time with his family. Stacy Hardy is a self-less, visionary leader and business partner whose skills and knowledge set will serve as a great asset to the Hardy House.
Nurse Practioner
Tynisha Williams, MSN,FNP-BC
Tynisha is a graduate of the University of Memphis, Lowenberg College of Nursing. She has a host of experience in aesthetics with over 10 years at Ideal Image where she specializes in laser aesthetics with hair removal, Botox injections, Coolsculpting, and Ultherapy. As a registered nurse, she embraced the fields of mental health and Adult long-term and critical care. She is now the founder of Adorn Aesthetics where she continues to empower her clients in health and beauty. She is a wonderful asset to Hardy House.

Dr. William P. Grabenstein, MD - Hardy House Aesthetics
Dr. Grabenstein is a family medicine doctor in Clarksville, Tennessee, and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area. He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He is the founder of Grabenstein Medical Spa in Clarksville, TN.
